P7Bet Terms & Conditions – Clear Rules for Safe Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between P7Bet and any individual ("User") who accesses, registers an account on, or uses the services offered through the platform available at p7bet.best.

By accessing the site, clicking "Sign Up," or using any feature of the P7Bet – including Sports Betting on the Brasileirão, casino games, jackpot slots, crash games, and roulette –, the User expressly declares that:

• Is 18 years of age or older;
• Resides in Brazilian territory or in a jurisdiction where access to the platform is permitted by law;
• Has read, understood, and fully accepts these Terms;
• Accepts the Privacy Policy of P7Bet;
• Is not enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether through P7Bet or any other platform.

P7Bet reserves the right to decline registrations or close accounts that do not meet these requirements, with no obligation to provide prior justification.

Registration at P7Bet is free and available to individuals aged 18 and over. During account registration, the User must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Account rules:

• Each User may hold only one active account at P7Bet. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be held for review;
• The account is personal and non-transferable. The User may not share login credentials with third parties;
• The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out on their account;
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must contact support immediately at suporte@p7bet.best;
• P7Bet may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. The process involves submitting a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals blocked until the process is finalized.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at P7Bet are conducted exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform does not operate in any foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods:

Deposit rules:

• P7Bet does not charge any deposit fees. Any bank fees incurred are the User's responsibility;

• P7Bet does not accept third-party deposits. Transfers originating from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 5 business days, depending on the bank or digital wallet;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the name of the registered User on P7Bet;
• P7Bet may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction as part of the KYC process;
• Bonus balances are subject to the rollover requirements described in Section 5 before they can be withdrawn;
• VIP Program members have their withdrawals processed on a priority basis, in accordance with the program's rules.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The P7Bet periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, boosted odds, and other promotions to its users. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific rules of that offer, which will always be communicated at the time of activation.

General bonus rules:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (minimum wagering amount) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer;
• Bonuses are promotional credits and hold no cash value until all requirements have been met;
• Each User may participate in each promotion only once, unless the promotion specifies that it is recurring;
• Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is considered abuse and will result in the cancellation of those bonuses and the possible closure of all accounts involved;
• P7Bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible;
• Bets on certain markets or games with very low odds (below 1.20) may not count toward meeting the rollover requirement for Sports Betting bonuses;
• Free spins and bonus rounds on slots are tied to the games specified in the offer and expire within the indicated timeframe.

6. Sports Betting

The P7Bet offers pre-match and live Sports Betting on Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, volleyball Superliga, UFC, MMA, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and dozens of other sports and competitions. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• A bet that has been placed and confirmed on the platform is final and cannot be cancelled by the User, except in cases where P7Bet itself offers a cash-out feature;
• In the event of a technical tie in 1×2 or handicap markets, P7Bet will settle the bet in accordance with the specific rules of that market, as described in each event's details;
• If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, all pre-match bets on that event will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the User's balance;
• Interrupted events are settled based on the playing time completed: football matches with fewer than 90 minutes played are voided; matches with 90 minutes or more are settled based on the official score at the time of interruption;
• P7Bet reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets in cases of obvious pricing errors (incorrect odds due to a technical failure), results not yet officially confirmed by the event's governing body, or suspected match manipulation;
• The official result for bet settlement is always the result at the end of regular time, unless the offer specifically states "including extra time" or "including penalties";
• Parlay bets are voided in full if one of the selections is cancelled, unless the specific parlay promotion states otherwise;
• Users are responsible for reviewing odds and markets before confirming a bet. Confirmation errors do not entitle the User to a cancellation.

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit;

• Gaming break: suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days);

10. Prohibited Conduct

The User agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct when using the services of P7Bet:

• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false or third-party information during registration;
• Using automation software, robots, bots, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games;
• Placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event (arbitrage) with the aim of guaranteeing a profit regardless of the result;
• Making deposits from third parties or through funds from unlawful sources;
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system through any method not provided for in the promotion rules;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian law;
• Interfering with the platform's technical operation, including any attempts to hack, modify code, or exploit vulnerabilities;
• Transfer balances between accounts held by different individuals.

If any prohibited conduct is identified, it may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bonuses, withholding of the balance for review, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Account Closure

The User may voluntarily close their account at P7Bet at any time by contacting support at suporte@p7bet.best. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled in accordance with the rules in this section, and available balances will be returned after verification.

P7Bet may close a User's account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Confirmation that the User is under 18 years of age;
• No account activity for more than 12 months (inactive account), with prior notice by email;
• Request by competent Brazilian authorities.

If P7Bet closes an account due to a violation of conduct, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money deposit balances will be returned after review and compliance verification, within up to 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

The P7Bet makes every effort to keep the platform available and running smoothly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

P7Bet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed by the User on the platform, including losses on jackpots, slots, or sports bets;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party failures, including internet service providers, mobile networks, or banking systems;
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own failure to protect their credentials;
• Fluctuations in odds for sporting events that occur between the moment the User views the odds and the moment the bet is confirmed, provided the variation falls within normal market standards.

P7Bet's total liability to any User under any circumstance is limited to the total real-money deposit balance (excluding bonuses) available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

The P7Bet may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users at least 15 days in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of P7Bet's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law. Any dispute or controversy arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the User's municipality of residence in Brazil, except where current legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.
